GRAHAM J. DESVERNINE has been involved in law enforcement since 1950, as a Police Officer, an FBI Special Agent, and as owner of his own Investigations firm. His specialities cover surveillance, fraud matters, financial crimes, confidence schemes, trademark and property infringement and security and risk evaluation. Mr Desvernine's multi-faceted background and international experience in Europe, Asia and South America bring a unique and accomplished perspective to the development of intelligence to support responsible decisions. PIERRE P. MERKL has over twenty years experience in different aspects of investigations, specializing in the areas of class action and environmental litigation, labor litigations, merger and aquisition due diligence and immigration/IRCA consultations. Mr. Merkl has been Director of Investigations for Desvernine Associates since 1988.
